Hello! I'm Jennifer.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development with a minor in Training and Development in May 2015. I am currently pursuing a Master of Training and Development degree at Oakland University and am projected to graduate in April 2018. Currently, I hold a position as a Graduate Assistant in the Housing Department. My job as the Marketing Graduate Assistant is to manage our social media accounts, enforce branding guidelines, recruit prospective students to live on campus, and supervise and support two undergraduate employee teams.

Create and implement all training for the marketing and communication team in the Department of University Housing including a nine-day training course for the Housing Ambassadors, including materials, icebreakers, and hands-on activities

Supervise staff of eight Housing Ambassadors, in the summer, to provide tours, attend recruitment events, and represent the department in a positive light

Co-supervise a staff of Marketing Specialists, in the fall and winter semesters, through project management for over 100 marketing requests from the department using Trello a web-based project management tool
